Welcome to Karma Outfitters. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

We promise to keep this as painless as possible. Nobody came here to read a legal novel.

Orders

By placing an order with Karma Outfitters, you confirm that the information you provide—including your shipping address—is accurate and complete.

Because many of our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after they’re placed. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund the applicable amount.

Products & Colors

We do our best to accurately represent our products, colors, designs, and placement.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and because many of our products are produced individually, minor variations in print placement or appearance may occur.

That’s not bad karma. That’s just the nature of made-to-order apparel.

Pricing

Prices may change from time to time without notice.

If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund rather than fulfill an order at an incorrect price.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order leaves the production facility, delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Some products are produced by different fulfillment partners, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, our return and exchange rules are different from those of a traditional retail store.

Please review our Shipping & Returns policy before ordering. By completing your purchase, you agree to those policies.

And remember: measure twice, order once. That’s your pre-shot routine.

Intellectual Property

The Karma Outfitters name, logos, original artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, slogans, and website content are owned by or licensed to Karma Outfitters and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

In other words: admire the Karma. Please don’t steal the Karma.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our website or content for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our store relies on third-party services for functions including website hosting, payment processing, production, fulfillment, and shipping.

These services may include Big Cartel, Printful, Printify, payment processors, and shipping carriers.

Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Things Outside Our Control

Sometimes life happens.

Karma Outfitters isn’t responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, supply shortages, production interruptions, or other unexpected events.

We’ll still do our best to help. That’s just good karma.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Karma Outfitters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our business grows or our services change.

The current version will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
