What kind of shirts do you use?

Most of our graphic tees are printed on Comfort Colors 1717, a heavyweight, garment-dyed tee with that already-broken-in feel we love. It’s soft, relaxed, and meant to feel like an old favorite without waiting ten years to get there.

Some Karma Outfitters designs are offered on different garments, including women’s styles, polos, and performance pieces. The garment used will be listed in the product description.

How do the Comfort Colors 1717 tees fit?

Our graphic tees are printed on Comfort Colors 1717, a heavyweight, garment-dyed tee with a relaxed, unisex fit. It’s meant to have that soft, lived-in feel without waiting ten years to break it in.

If you like a traditional relaxed T-shirt fit, we recommend ordering your usual size. Want it roomier or more oversized? Size up.

How to measure: Grab a favorite T-shirt that fits you well and lay it flat. Measure straight across the chest about 1” below the armholes for the width, and from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem for the length. Compare those measurements to the chart above.

And because every Karma piece is made to order, measure twice, order once. Consider it your pre-shot routine. We aren’t able to exchange a shirt because the wrong size was selected.

What about the polos?

Our polos are made on different styles than our Comfort Colors tees, so the sizing above does NOT apply to polos.

If you’re unsure about polo sizing before ordering, hit our Contact page and we’ll help you check the measurements for the specific polo you’re looking at.

Do not guess your polo size based on the tee chart. That’s how bogeys happen. 

Can I exchange something if I ordered the wrong size?

Unfortunately, that’s one mulligan we can’t give you.

Every Karma Outfitters piece is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges because of size, color, or fit preference.

Please check the sizing information before ordering. If we screwed something up, though, that’s a different story. Head to our Contact page and we’ll take care of you.

How long will my order take?

Because our gear is made to order, there’s a little production time before it ships.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy seasons or because of carrier delays.

Good Karma is coming. We promise we’re not sitting around the clubhouse with your shirt. 

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don’t panic—the rest of your Karma may still be coming.

We work with more than one professional production partner, so different products in the same order may be made and shipped from different locations. That means your order can arrive in more than one package.

Where’s my tracking?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.

If something doesn’t look right, head to our Contact page and include your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our gear can move into production pretty quickly.

If you notice a mistake, contact us through the Contact page ASAP and we’ll do our best to catch it. Once your order has entered production, though, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Well, that’s bad karma—and we’ll fix it.

Contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of what happened, and a few clear photos of the item.

If there’s a manufacturing error, damage, misprint, or you received the wrong item, we’ll work to make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept traditional returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or color selection, or fit preferences.

If something is actually wrong with your order, that’s different. See our Shipping & Returns policy or contact us and we’ll help.

How should I wash my Karma gear?

Always follow the care instructions on your specific garment.

For printed tees, we recommend washing inside out in cold water with like colors and using low heat or hanging to dry when possible. It’ll help keep your print looking good longer.

And maybe don’t let your golf buddy who’s four beers deep handle the laundry. 

Where is Karma Outfitters gear made?

Karma Outfitters works with professional production partners who print and fulfill our products on demand. Depending on what you order, products may be produced and shipped from different locations.

That’s also why two items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately.

What’s with the “Golf Gods”?

Don’t worry—we haven’t started a new religion. 

We’re Christians with a sense of humor and a serious love of golf. And if you play the game, You know exactly who the Golf Gods are.

It's that lucky bounce off a tree that somehow lands in the fairway. The putt that had no business dropping but does. The round where everything just seems to go your way.

Golfers have been blaming and thanking the "Golf Gods" forever. Around here we try to stay on the good side of the green.
