Most Karma Outfitters products are made to order, which means your gear is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary based on production time, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

We’ll always work to get your Karma headed your way as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we can’t control what happens once a carrier has your package.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Don’t panic—the rest of your Karma may still be coming.

We work with more than one professional production partner, so different products from the same order may be produced and shipped from different locations. This means your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days.

Double-check that address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, Karma Outfitters cannot cover the cost of replacing or reshipping the order. Additional production or shipping charges may apply.

Measure twice. Check the address twice. Then send it.

Where’s my tracking?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, head to the Contact page and send us your order number so we can help investigate.

What if my package says delivered but I don’t have it?

First, check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and allow a little time—carriers occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before they actually arrive.

If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier using your tracking information and then reach out to us through our Contact page if you need additional help.
